PBS緩沖液（phosphate buffered solution）即磷酸鹽緩沖液，能夠提供相對(duì)穩(wěn)定的離子環(huán)境和pH緩沖能力，是生物學(xué)中經(jīng)常使用的緩沖鹽溶液。pH為 7.2-7.4，主要成分為磷酸二氫鈉、磷酸氫二鈉以及氯化鈉，常用于分子克隆及免疫組化等實(shí)驗(yàn)。 本產(chǎn)品為配制2L 1×PBS緩沖液的粉劑，使用前加2L蒸餾水或去離子水溶解即可。 |
